Refund policy

Returns

You must 1st contact us @ 714-206-5542 or email bobbi@perpetualribbons.com for an R/A # within 10 days of receipt of your order.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return your product & your item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it. The refund for the material returned will be processed within 3-5 business days minus a 15% restocking fee. 
Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded & will have to have the reshipping charges paid before we will be able to resend the item back to you.
Seasonal Ribbons may not be returned for refund after Black Friday. If you would like to exchange your product for something we have in stock, contact us to make these arrangements as soon as possible. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bobbi@perpetualribbons.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were shipped in error on our part. If you order the wrong item, you must either return that item to be replaced, or purchase the correct item & go through the return process for a refund.

Return Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item & you will have to pay the shipping charges for any exchanges that are made. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will let you know when we receive your package back. Without a tracking # for the returned item, you have no way of knowing if the item ever made it to us.
